    摘要:

    《临床药理学》是临床医学专业和药学专业学生的专业核心课程之一。以药理学与临床医学为基础,这门课程主要阐述临床药物效应动力学、药物代谢动力学、毒副反应及药物相互作用的性质、机制及规律。《临床药理学》渗透着丰富的哲学思维,处处体现着唯物辩证法和辩证唯物论的哲学原理。将哲学思维融入临床药理学教学不仅有利于提高教学质量,更有利于引导学生树立科学思维方式,培养创新型医学和药学专业人才。

    Abstract:

    Clinical pharmacology is one of the professional core courses for students majoring in clinical medicine and pharmacy. Based on the knowledge of pharmacy and clinical medicine, the main contents of clinical pharmacology include clinical pharmacodynamics, pharmacokinetics, adverse drug effect, drug toxicity, and the nature and mechanism of drug-drug interaction. As a powerful ideological weapon, philosophical principle is pervasive, including the teaching process of clinical pharmacology. It is beneficial for both the teacher and the students to combine the knowledge of clinical pharmacology with the philosophical principles such as materialistic dialectics, dialectical materialism. The combination is helpful to improve the quality of teaching. More importantly, it is conducive to guide the students to establish a scientific way of thinking, which is essential to cultivate the innovative medical and pharmaceutical professionals.
