    摘要 目的:探讨构建以临床技能训练为核心的临床医学人才培养体系,以更好地适应我国“5+3”学制改革的医学教育现状和社会需求。方法:针对目前临床医学教学存在的问题,医学院校通过完善临床技能课程新体系、更新教学内容与教学手段、加强师资队伍建设、优化选择临床课题和规范考核等为临床技能训练提供保障措施。结果:临床技能教学改革能够培养出具有较高临床技能水平的高素质临床医师。结论:临床诊治技能提升是医学“5+3”教学改革的核心,临床技能教学新模式是教学改革的根本要求。

    Abstract:

    Abstract: Objective: To study the construction of new medical personnel training system consisting clinical skill training as the core to adapt to the current status of "5 + 3" medical educational system reform and social needs in China. Methods: Aiming at the problems existing in the clinical medical teaching, medical colleges should improve the new courses system of clinical skills, renew teaching contents and teaching methods, strengthen the teachers troop construction, optimize choice of clinical research subject and standardize the examination assessment to provide safeguards for clinical skills training. Results: Clinical skills teaching reform can foster clinicians with higher skill levels. Conclusion: Improvement of diagnostic and therapeutic skills is the core of "5 + 3" teaching reform in medical education. New clinical skills teaching mode meet the fundamental requirement of "5 + 3" teaching reform.
