Abstract:Abstract: Objective: To study the construction of new medical personnel training system consisting clinical skill training as the core to adapt to the current status of "5 + 3" medical educational system reform and social needs in China. Methods: Aiming at the problems existing in the clinical medical teaching, medical colleges should improve the new courses system of clinical skills, renew teaching contents and teaching methods, strengthen the teachers troop construction, optimize choice of clinical research subject and standardize the examination assessment to provide safeguards for clinical skills training. Results: Clinical skills teaching reform can foster clinicians with higher skill levels. Conclusion: Improvement of diagnostic and therapeutic skills is the core of "5 + 3" teaching reform in medical education. New clinical skills teaching mode meet the fundamental requirement of "5 + 3" teaching reform.
