Objective：Pre-job trainning is the first step for teachers to work in higher education institutions as well as the basic foundation for the teachers team building for higher education insistuions. Clinical teachaers are therefore a special and important constitutent of teachers in medical universities and colleges. Find and solve the problems existing in pre-job education among medical universities and colleges and improve the method of pre-job training for clinical teachers is the key point in improving the overall abilities of medical school teachers.
