Abstract:As an interdiscipline, Public Management in medical university has highly theoretical and practical value. Because teachers put emphasis on theory, student’s ability to solve problem of practical work in health sector was not well cultivated. Practical teaching method, using methods of question-answer, literature review, group discussion, field investigation and presentation, have effectively improved the quality of teaching in discipline of Public Management. Practical teaching will help to cultivate the ability of creative and independent thinking for students, and meet the demand of training the individuals who are suitable for China’s health course.
