    目的:探索能够提高口腔医学临床前培训教学效果的多元化教学模式。方法:多元化教学组在传统头模操作练习的基础上,辅以案例中心教学、3D虚拟牙医培训和网络教学(SPOC课程)等教学手段。考核和匿名问卷调查用于评价教学效果。结果:多元化教学组的病例分析、操作考核分数和总分均显著高于传统教学组(P<0.05)。多元化教学组学生在临床操作、疾病分析、实习适应性和积极性方面的评价高于传统教学组(P<0.05)。结论:多元化教学模式能够提高临床前培训教学质量和口腔本科生在实习阶段的临床胜任力。

    Abstract:

    Objectives: To explore effective methods for improving dental students’ clinical competence during the Operative Dentistry and Endodontics laboratory course. Methods: In addition to traditional phantom head laboratory practices, a case-based learning (CBL) method, a 3D virtual dental training and networking(SPOC) were combined to Multi-element teaching group. Theoretical examinations and anonymous questionnaire were used to evaluate the effectiveness of the pre-internship training. Results: In the case analysis and the operations examinations, students in Multi-element teaching group obtained higher scores than students in Traditional teaching group (P<0.05). Students in Multi-element teaching group were rated higher scores on improving their ability to diagnose diseases and perform clinical operations, adapting to the internship, and showing increased enthusiasm in the internship (P<0.05). Conclusions: The combined application of CBL, 3D virtual dental training and networking can improve students’ clinical competence during their internship.
