    目的:了解医学生生命认知现状,分析其深层次原因并探讨生命教育的有效对策。方法:采用自编医科院校大学生生命教育调查问卷,对730名学生进行调查,通过描述性分析、卡方检验、多元逐步回归分析等方法进行分析。结果:不同年级的学生在对生命本身的认知比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=20.516,P=0.002),不同性别学生间对器官捐献的意愿情况比较有显著的统计学意义(χ2=23.149,P<0.001),不同专业学生间对临终关怀的了解情况比较有显著的统计学意义(χ2=18.637,P<0.001),不同性别(χ2=23.246,P<0.001)、专业(χ2=23.445,P<0.001)、年级(χ2=19.788,P=0.019)的学生,在获取生命的认知来源比较方面的差异有统计学意义。结论:医学院校应重视生命教育,培养医学生更为积极向上的人生态度,实现“救死扶伤”的生命价值。

    Abstract:

    Objective To investigate the situation of life perception of medical students and analyze its underlying cause, so as to explore an effective strategy of life education. Methods A self-made questionnaire was used to conduct an investigation on perception and education demands of life among students from 2 medical universities in Fujian province. Total 730 students were surveyed. Descriptive analysis, chi-square test and multiple regression analysis methods were used to analyze the data. Results: There was a statistical significance of life perception among the students of different grades (P<0.05). The will of organ donation between male and female students and the understanding of hospice care among different grades were quite different, with statistical significance (P<0.05).The gender, major and grade influenced the accessibility of life perception as a single factor, P<0.05. Conclusion: Medical universities should attach importance to life education and lead students to establish more positive life attitude, display the humanism of healing the wounded and rescuing the dying.
