    摘要:目的:剖析二级及以上民营医院科研管理现状,探讨改进民营医院科研管理工作的对策。方法:通过文献、访谈等方式调研民营医院科研管理的现状及存在的不足。结果:民营医院在科研人力资源配置、科研经费和物资管理、激励机制等方面存在不足;提出民营医院应加强科研管理人员及科研人员专业知识培训,建立科学有效的科研信息共享平台、建立科学可行的评估体系,完善激励机制,提高医务人员科研积极性。结论:医院科研管理能力是医院核心竞争力的重要组成部分,提高民营医院科研能力是其在市场竞争机制下可持续发展的重要动力,是推进多元化办医的重要支撑。

    Abstract:

    Objective: To analyze the current situation of scientific research management in secondary hospitals and above,explore the countermeasures to improve the scientific research management of private hospitals.Methods: Through the literature, interviews and other ways to investigate the status quo and the lack of scientific research management of private hospitals.Result:Private hospitals should strengthen the training of scientific research management personnel and scientific research personnel, establish a scientific and effective scientific research information sharing platform . In addition, private hospitals should strengthen the research of human resources management.The evaluation system to improve the incentive mechanism and the enthusiasm of medical personnel research.Conclusion: The ability of hospital scientific research management is an important part of the hospital's core competitiveness. It is an important impetus to improve the scientific research ability of private hospitals under the market competition mechanism and promote diversified medical service.
