In view of the high damage rate and the use, management and maintenance and other aspects of the " ofobicycle " trial for two months, this paper studies the existing problem and reason analysis on campus " ofobicycle " based on the stakeholders involved, to build a game model among the stakeholders, in order to provide suggestions for the effective management of the campus " ofobicycle " project.
