Abstract:Objective To provide suggestions and enlightenments for the domestic studies which are focus on cervical cancer and breast cancer screening service. Methods:By searching the Databases such as Pubmed and Cnki, the relavant literature were reorganized,SanalyzedSand compared. Results: The health belief models, such as social phychology and ethology etc.,are regarded as the research framework in abroad studies. The influence of social psychology, behavior factor and social capital on the provider and demander of cervical and breast cancer screening services is emphasized in abroad studies. Accordingly, the corresponding intervention strategy is designed. However, the abroad studies, which focus on influencing factors of screening service from the perspective of the supplier, are less common. Domestic studies, which focus on the influence factors of screening services from the perspective of the demand side, are very common. But most of the studies lack the necessary theoretical basis, and the influence factors that are identified in the results of these studies failed to be adoptted in the interventions. Moreover, these domestic studies failed to analyze the supplier’s behaviour at the organizational and individual level and were unable to discover the reason why the cancer screening services were with low participation from the supplier side. Conclusions: Domestic researchers should strengthen the analysis on the supplier’s intention and behavior to provide cervical and breast cancer screening services, establish the theory model of behavior explanation and intervention which is suitable for China"s urban and rural women"s cervical cancer and breast cancer screening, develop the comprehensive intervention plan that could improve urban and rural women’s intention to participate in the cervical cancer and breast cancer screening.
