    摘要 目的:以江苏省部分三级综合医院为例,分析医学职业态度之神态状况,为医生改善其职业神态提供依据,并提出可行性建议。方法:自行设计调查问卷对江苏省8家三级综合医院医患双方进行调查,并对调查所得数据进行描述性分析和卡方检验。结果:(1)54.0%的医生认为神态能够传递医学人文关怀,即有将近一半的医生缺乏这种认知;(2)65.3%的医生曾在工作中流露过不被患者接受的微表情;(3)患者认同度最高的医生的神态表现是亲切和专注;(4)影响医生神态表现的主要因素是工作压力大。结论:医生对医学职业态度之神态的认知不足,对其的感知不全面;医生需要提升对神态的认知,加强对神态的运用,通,提升医患沟通的有效性,促进和谐医患关系的构建;同时也要减轻医生工作压力,增强医生工作积极性,改善医生服务职业神态表现。医生良好的职业神态表现有利于医院医疗服务质量的提升,有利于医院良好人文形象的树立。

    Abstract:

    Objective: To part of the tertiary general hospital in jiangsu provinceas an example, analysis of the expression condition of medical professional attitude, provide the basis for doctors to improve the professional manner, and put forward feasible suggestions. Methods: The self-designed questionnaire to both doctors in jiangsu province eight level 3 general hospital were investigated, and the survey data from descriptive analysis and chi-square test. Results: (1) 54.0% of the doctors think expression can pass medical humanities, namely nearly half of the doctors lack of the cognition; (2) 65.3% of the doctors have been exposed the micro expressions which is not accepted by the patients; (3) Patients with the highest recognition of the doctors’s demeanor is kind and focus; (4) The main factors influencing the doctor look there is work stress. Conclusion: Doctors lack of the cognition of medical professional attitudes of expression, the perception of it is not comprehensive; Doctors need to improve the cognition to the expression, to strengthen the control of expression, improve the effectiveness of doctor-patient communication, promote the construction of a harmonious doctor-patient relationship. But also lighten the doctors working pressure, enhance the doctor work enthusiasm, improve the professional manner of a doctor. Performance with a look of the doctor is beneficial to develop the quality medical service quality of the hospital, is conducive to the establishment of humanistic hospital good image.
