    目的: 比较基于团队的学习模式(TBL, Team based learning)和基于讲座的学习模式(LBL, Lecture based learning)在胸心外科教学中的效果。方法: 选取南京医科大学第四年级在胸心外科见习的临床医学专业学生68人,按照学生上次期末考试成绩由高至低排序,根据排序逐次分配至两个组,TBL组(34名)和 LBL组(34名)。课程结束后,比较两组的理论知识和实践能力得分,同时采用调查问卷对TBL和LBL教学效果进行评价。结果:TBL教学法在理论知识(P=0.018)和实践能力(P=0.014)得分方面均较LBL教学法高。调查问卷发现,TBL教学法在促进课前预习(P<0.001)、提高学习积极性和锻炼逻辑思维能力(P<0.001)、激发课堂学习氛围(P<0.001)、促进团队协作能力(P<0.001)、提高解决临床问题能力(P=0.013)、增加疑难问题的理解深度(P<0.001)方面均有明显优势,但在促进理论知识的学习方面较LBL教学法无明显统计学差异(P=0.633)。结论:TBL较LBL教学法在理论和实践能力考核方面均有明显优势,调查问卷发现大部分学生对TBL教学法比较认可。

    Abstract:

    Objective: To compare the effectiveness of TBL (Team based learning) with LBL (Lecture based learning) in cardiothoracic surgery teaching. Methods: Select 68 fourth-grade clinical probationer students in the cardiothoracic surgery and sort the students according to the results of previous last exam; then all the students were assigned to TBL group (n=34) and LBL group (n=34) in term of their order. At the end of the course, the scores of theoretical knowledge and practical ability were compared and the questionnaire was used to evaluate the effect of TBL and LBL. Results: The scores of TBL were higher than LBL in theoretical knowledge (P = 0.018) and practical ability (P = 0.014). The questionnaire revealed that, compared to LBL, TBL has obvious advantages in terms of facilitating pre-lesson preparation (P<0.001), improving learning motivation and exercising logical thinking ability (P<0.001), stimulating classroom learning atmosphere (P<0.001), promoting teamwork (P<0.001), improving the ability to solve clinical problems (P=0.013), and increasing the understanding of difficult problems (P<0.001); however, there was no significantly different in the promotion of learning theoretical knowledge between the two groups (P=0.633). Conclusions: Compared to LBL, TBL has obvious advantages in theoretical knowledge and practical ability. The questionnaire revealed that most of the students accepted the TBL pedagogy.
