The article respectively expounds the connotation,the intrinsic value,the external performance and the training methods of medical students’ brave literacy. The external performance is in four aspects: not afraid of the hardship and failure ,dare to doubt and innovate. The medical students’ brave literacy can help them do a good job in their studies,do a good job in the future and is helpful for the development of medical career,the patients' life and health and so on .The cultivation of the medical students’ brave literacy need that the family,school and society provide the students with a good external environment and the students play the role of its internal cause, such as the improvement of willpower and wisdom,setting up correct and firm faith and so on.
