    摘要:

    医学人文教育和临床实践脱节是当前医学人文教育中普遍存在的问题。人文教育师资力量的薄弱和教学模式的陈旧是导致当前医学人文教育困境的主要原因。通过促进医学人文教育和临床实践的有机结合,让人文教育从理论课堂走进临床实践。通过培养复合型医学人文师资,提升医学生沟通能力的培养。通过增强医、护协作,增强人文教育效果。通过促进医学人文教育与临床实践的融合,培养既具备医学理论、良好沟通能力和合格临床实践能力符合社会需求的优秀医学生。

    Abstract:

    Disjoint of medical humanities education and clinical practice is common in medical education. The weakness of teaching faculty and the old teaching mode are the main causes of the plight of medical humanities education. By promoting humanistic education into practice from theory classroom to make humanistic education and practice combinated. By cultivating compound Medical Humanities to improving the communication ability of medical students. By strengthening the cooperation of medicine and nursing to enhancing the effectiveness of humanistic education. By promoting the integration of medical humanities education and clinical practice to cultivate excellent medical students who have medical theory, good communication skills as well as qualified clinical practice ability.
