Standardized training of residents is an important part of post-medical education. The development of medical simulation technology has brought new opportunities and challenges to the standardized training of resident physicians. The simulation of medical education in China is still in the initial stage, so we take the emergency fatal chest pain treatment as an opportunity to improve the hospital physician clinical competency, through the chest pain simulation course creation, to explore the positive role of medical simulation education in the resident physician standardized training.
