Abstract:Objective: To understand the city and county of Anhui Province, rural public medical institutions clinicians turnover intention, based on the analysis of factors affecting its stability, in order to provide a realistic basis for physician team stability, promote the early realization of the pattern classification diagnosis and treatment.Methods: a random sampling method was used to investigate the turnover intention of doctors in a city, 5 counties and 31 township hospitals in Anhui province. Epidata3.1 and SPSS16.0 were used to analyze and analyze the data, and Logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of turnover intention.Results: City, county and township doctors turnover accounted for 52.9%, 31.6% and 26.3%; the primary reason is the poor wages and turnover intention; multi factor analysis showed that gender, expected income, employee income and occupation prospect planning, performance appraisal, job satisfaction, other way, medical cost of 7 variable factors for turnover intention. The other way and turnover intention was positively related to the other 6 variables and turnover intention was negatively correlated. Conclusion:The turnover tendency of the sample county hospitals is higher than that of the township hospitals, and the clinicians at the county level have higher expectations in the income and career development space than the township doctors.
