    摘要:

    为了探讨生涯适应力对大学生就业压力与自杀意念关系的作用机制。采用大学生就业压力问卷、大学生生涯适应力问卷(CSCAQ)、自杀意念自评量表(SIOSS)整群随机抽取河南省和福建省五所高校大三和大四学生360人进行调查。结果发现,男女大学生在就业压力和自杀意念上存在显著差异(P<0.05),大四学生就业压力明显高于大三学生(P<0.05);相关分析表明,大学生就业压力与自杀意念呈显著正相关(r=0.398,P<0.001)、与生涯适应力呈显著负相关(r=-0.180,P<0.01),生涯适应力与自杀意念呈显著负相关(r=-0.431,P<0.001)。多元回归分析显示,大学生生涯适应力在大学生就业压力和自杀意念之间存在显著中介作用(P<0.001)。加强大学毕业生生涯适应力的培养,可有效降低由就业压力引发的自杀意念。

    Abstract:

    :Objective:To investigate the relationships between employment pressure ,career adaptability and suicidal ideation among college students. Methods:The Cluster random sampling was taken for choosing 360 junior and senior students from of five schools of Henan and Fujian provinces, The university graduate employment pressures questionnaire, college students career adaptability questionnaire (CSCAQ) and Self-rating Idea of Suicide Scale (SIOSS) were used for investigation. Results:Significant gender differences were found in employment pressure and suicidal ideation. The employment pressure of the senior students were significantly higher than junior students; The results show that the employment pressure and suicidal ideation of college students are negatively related to positively correlated with career adaptability; and career adaptability and suicidal ideation are negatively related. Multiple regression analysis showed that career adaptability play a mediate role between employment pressure and suicidal ideation. Conclusion:The partly mediation effect of career adaptability on the relationship between employment pressure and suicidal ideation is significant among college graduates.
