    摘要:

    医学院校、医药企业和政府组成的三螺旋协同创新机制可实现非线性的动态创新过程。由这三个主体组成的医药虚拟研发组织包括政府主导型、医学院校推动型与医药企业拉动型三种模式。医药官产学协同创新虚拟研发组织具有组织边界模糊性、组织结构扁平化和组织结构柔性化的优势能保障三螺旋的协同创新机制运行。实现医药虚拟研发组织的官产学协同创新需要外部政策支持与组织内部有效管理。

    Abstract:

    The nonlinear dynamic innovation process can be realized through the triple helix collaborative innovation mechanism of medical universities, pharmaceutical enterprises and government. The medical virtual research and development organization can be divided into three modes, including the government led mode, medical university pushed mode and pharmaceutical enterprises draw mode. The medical university-industry- government collaborative innovation virtual research and development organization has the advantages of the fuzzy organization boundary, the flat organization structure and the flexibility of the organization structure, which can guarantee the cooperation of the triple helix collaborative innovation. The external policy support and effective inner management of the organization should be applied to realize the collaborative innovation of virtual medical research and development organization.
