【】Objective: To understand the work experience and satisfaction of medical personnel in small private medical institutions, to analyze their influencing factors, and to provide reference for promoting the training and development of small private medical institutions. Methods: Descriptive statistics, chi-square test and ordinal regression were used to analyze the work experience and satisfaction of medical staff. Results: 90.31% of the respondents felt very meaningful in the work of medical staff; 88.30% of the respondents thought that the completion of the work will affect many people; 95.28% of the respondents believe that the work is A learning and growing process; 96.19% of the respondents believe that through their work, their knowledge and skills in the gradual increase. The overall satisfaction of the surveyed medical staff was 90.83%. The job satisfaction and pay satisfaction were the significant factors influencing the overall job satisfaction. Conclusion: Small private medical institutions should focus on health personnel training and construction, develop a reasonable income distribution mechanism, provide differentiated services to meet health needs of different patients.
