Objective Discuss the situation of community health service’s human resources and its equity. It will be helpful to reposition the community healthserviceinstitutions, under the background of New Health Care Reform. MethodsBased on Nanjing community health work report and Nanjing health statistical yearbook from year 2011 to 2014, analyze the quality of human resource, education background, professional title, ratio of doctors to nurses and the quality of general practitioners. Adopting Lorenz Curve and Gini coefficient to evaluate the equality of human resource distribution on the population distribution. Conclusion Human resources of community health service situations in Nanjing was not high professional quality. Ratio of doctors and nurses was unreasonable. Quantity of general practitioners was shortage with downward trend. Human resource allocation with the population distribution was relative equity, and there was some difference in different district. Discussion Innovating new community human resources cultivation mode, increasing nurses’ quantity and general practitioners team cultivation.
