    摘要:

    医学研究生教育是高层次的医学教育,推进临床研究能力培养是提升医学研究生教育质量的重要环节。本文就医学研究生临床研究能力培养的教学体会,结合目前的教学改革措施、新时代医学研究生的培养理念和培养要求进行了分析,概括了医学研究生临床科研能力培养的诸多方面,包括疾病诊治、团结协作、发现问题、以教促学、阅读文献、论文书写、创新思维等,以期提高医学研究生教学质量和教育水平,为社会培养更多优秀的临床科学家。

    Abstract:

    Medical postgraduate education is a high-level professional training in the faculty of medicine and promotes the tutelage of clinical research ability and skills that are fundamental steps in improving their proficiency. Here we discussed about the training of clinical research ability for medical graduate students by combining the current teaching reform measures, the training concept and requirements of medical postgraduates according to recent guidelines. Furthermore, in this paper, the training of clinical scientific research ability for medical postgraduates are summarized which includes diagnosing and treating diseases altogether in unity and cooperating with the staffs, be sharping in perceiving clinical problems, promote learning by teaching, literature reading, manuscript writing, endeavor innovation, et al. The goal of this manuscript is to improve the teaching quality of medical graduate and education level to cultivate more excellent clinical scientists.
