    摘要:

    目的:调查连云港地区高校教师职业倦怠的现状,并探索缓解策略。方法:对连云港地区五所高校400名教师进行调查问卷。结果:连云港地区高校教师职业倦怠水平较低,男性、30岁以下、6至10年教龄、助教职称的教师群体更容易发生职业倦怠。结论:经济欠发达地区高校教师职业倦怠水平较低,但已初见端倪,应采取有效的缓解策略减缓职业倦怠的形成。

    Abstract:

    Objective:To investigate the status of College Teachers'' job burnout in Lianyungang and explore the mitigation strategies.Methods:A survey was conducted on 400 teachers in five colleges and universities in Lianyungang.Results:Low level of job burnout of College Teachers in Lianyungang area ,Men who are under 30 years old, 6 to 10 years of teaching,teachers with a professional title of teaching assistants are more likely to have job burnout.Conclusion:The level of job burnout of College Teachers in underdeveloped areas is low.However, some of the teachers have been exposed, and effective mitigation strategies should be taken to slow down the formation of job burnout.
