Abstract:Objective:To investigate the status of College Teachers'' job burnout in Lianyungang and explore the mitigation strategies.Methods:A survey was conducted on 400 teachers in five colleges and universities in Lianyungang.Results:Low level of job burnout of College Teachers in Lianyungang area ,Men who are under 30 years old, 6 to 10 years of teaching,teachers with a professional title of teaching assistants are more likely to have job burnout.Conclusion:The level of job burnout of College Teachers in underdeveloped areas is low.However, some of the teachers have been exposed, and effective mitigation strategies should be taken to slow down the formation of job burnout.
