Objective: To investigate the relationship between positive psychological capital and learning burnout among medical university students. Methods: A total of 650 medical university students were tested using positive psychological capital questionnaire and learning burnout questionnaire. Results: About 34.9% of medical university students felt the learning burnout. Positive psychological capital was negatively related to learning burnout (P<0.01). Multiple regression analysis indicated that hope factor and resilience factor were the effective predictor of learning burnout. Conclusion: It is important to strengthen the positive psychological capital and prevent burnout of medical university student.
