Foreign research into internet health information seeking behavior of cancer patients has been fruitful. The paper tease out foreign studies through literature review method, and summarizes the enlightenment to our country and future research direction. Results are as follows : The subjects have been?forming?a diversified?feature in cancer type, sample source and patient characteristics; The methods includes quantitative analysis and qualitative research；The contents?are extensive?and?in-depth, and were detailed from following six aspects in this paper，including percentages of users and influence factors, seeking motivation, seeking topics, way of seeking, seeking role, obstacles.
