Objective To select indicators to evaluate the ERAS. Methods Application of Delphi to two rounds of expert consultation．Results The first round of expert consultation recovery rate is 95%, the second round rate is 90%, The consensus of experts is high，two indicators have been deleted，and modified one indicators. Preliminary screening 2 indexes of the first class，5 indexes of the second class, and 8 indexes of the third class. Conclusion Because of the low evaluation and research of ERAS project, the evaluation system established in this study still needs to be further perfected by the field investigation.
