Abstract： Objective： It analyze that main problem existing in the political education work of the present postgraduate, and provide the reference for strengthening the ideological and political education work of medical postgraduate. Methods：A questionnaire survey of 402 graduate students was conducted to compare the ideological and political consciousness of graduate students, the concept of collective honor, evaluation of the professional level of mentors, and career expectations. Results： At present, medical graduate students have high political consciousness, strong sense of collective honor and a sense of identity of their professional level;In contrast, male students are more likely to pursue career development after graduation than female students after graduation. Conclusions： It is that inevitable requirement of the development of the time to strengthen the postgraduate ideological and political education work, build the education concept of the people, fully play the guidance role of the tutor, fully utilize the multi channel of new media means to carry out ideological and political education, and culture more excellent medical personnel.
