Abstract:Objective: To investigate the effect of PBL method in training of young teachers and to improve teaching abilities. Methods: By writing and learning of PBL cases of blood and body fluid teaching-research office, young teachers would be trained to adapt PBL teaching model and improve teaching abilities. Results: Combine with PBL teaching model, young teachers’ teaching interest, teaching theory and skill, and teaching initiative would be improved. Conclusions: Young teacher training system combine with PBL method could have a potential application in modern education.
