    摘要:

    目的:运用PBL方法培养青年教师,提高其能力的同时,掌握PBL的理念。方法:撰写适用于本教研室教师培训的PBL案例,通过“学”,“教”和“写”,将PBL应用于青年教师的培训。结果: 通过PBL的培训,青年教师专业能力以及教学能力得到了提升,并掌握了PBL理念。结论:基于PBL理念的青年教师培养方法理论基础扎实,可实施性强,具有一定的探索和研究价值。

    Abstract:

    Objective: To investigate the effect of PBL method in training of young teachers and to improve teaching abilities. Methods: By writing and learning of PBL cases of blood and body fluid teaching-research office, young teachers would be trained to adapt PBL teaching model and improve teaching abilities. Results: Combine with PBL teaching model, young teachers’ teaching interest, teaching theory and skill, and teaching initiative would be improved. Conclusions: Young teacher training system combine with PBL method could have a potential application in modern education.
