    摘要:

    目的:了解卫生管理学生对专业课程设置与实践教学现状评价,针对性提出改进建议。方法:采用问卷调查南京医科大学卫生管理、卫生法学专业大四学生对专业课程设置的重要性、开设数量、实践教学满意度和考核方式等的评价情况及改进建议,运用SPSS16.0软件进行描述性统计分析。结果:学生普遍认可专业课程的重要性,但对知识的掌握及应用能力不高,74.36%的学生在专业课的学习中感到困难和有点困难;实践教学的总体评价良好,53.85%的学生认为专业课的实践学时偏少。结论:培养适应社会需求的卫生管理人才,需要明确培养目标,调整课程结构;更新教学内容,优化课程设置;规范课程考核方式,增强知识应用能力;探索多样化实践教学方法,调动学生积极性。

    Abstract:

    Objective:To find out the evaluation of professional curriculum setting and practical teaching among students majoring in Health Management Specialty,so as to provide specific recommendations for improvement.Methods:A questionnaire survey on the evaluation of the professional curriculum setting was conducted among the senior students majoring in Health Management and Health and Law Management in Nanjing Medical Univerisity ,which includes importance,quantity,satisfaction of practical teaching,assessment methods,recommendations for improvement,etc.The data was analyzed with SPSS16.0.Results:The importance of the professional curriculum was generally accepted,while the students’ ability of grasping and applying knowledge was poor.74.36% of respondents considered it difficult and a little difficult to learn the professional curriculum.The overall evaluation of the practical teaching was not bad. 53.85% of respondents considered the periods were not enough.Conclusion:To train the health management talents which adapt to social needs, we need to identify the training objective and adjust the curriculum structure; update the teaching content and optimize the curriculum setting; standardize the assessment methods and enhance the ability of applying knowledge;explore diversified methods of practice teaching to motivate students.
