Abstract:Based on the survey data of 448 tertiary hospitals in 7 cities in China, the Logistic regression model was used to analyze the influence of medical union on grading treatment policy. The results showed that: at present, the medical union still has no significant impact on the grading treatment policy in China. The demographic factors, psychological factors and self health status are the main factors that affect the direction of medical treatment. The results also showed that as the formation time of the medical union increased, the effect on the policy of grading treatment increased.
