Abstract:Objective: To analyze elderly’s needs of service combining medical care and nursing and degree of service satisfaction, the staffing and training and the operating of pension institutions, as well as provide reasonable suggestions. Methods:Reserchers have designed questionnaires to investigate pension agencies and their staff, as well as the elderly living in them generally. Excel,SPSS 17.0 are used to analyze the data of the investigation,using the methods of descriptive analysis and One-Way ANOVA. Results: The rehabilitation service and spiritual consolation are not enough for the elderly. The charge level,the physical examination are factors that inflence the degree of service satisfaction(P<0.05). 64.7% of the staff have been training for relevant professions, receiving qualification certificates of pension,professional training are factors that influence the staff’s cognition of the combination of medical care and nursing(P<0.05). Now the agencies receive large amounts of government subsidies but less social donation, and their forms of service are limited.Conclusion: Pension agencies for the aged should strengthen the talent teams, improve the forms of service,and cooperate with the outside.
