【】 Objective To understand the status of health literacy among Nanjing Normal University and Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics. Methods Based on the questionnaire survey of Chinese citizens’ health literacy in 2008,a questionnaire survey was used to investigate 140 college students of Nanjing Normal University and 138 college students Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics. Results The proportion of college students in Nanjing Normal University who had held health belief was higher. The proportion of female students who had held health literacy was higher than the health literacy level of the male students. Conclusion The health literacy level of the two schools is not high. Enhance students" thirst for knowledge. Broaden the way of school health education.
