With the rapid development of society and the continuous improvement of people’s living standards, people have put forward newer and higher requirements for the quality of medical services. How to improve the quality management of medical services in China has become an important issue for hospital administrators. This article through the study of domestic and foreign medical service quality management related literature, summarizes the concept of international medical service quality and quality management measures, summed up the problems of China"s medical service quality management, and explore the international experience of China"s medical service quality management inspiration.
