Abstract:Taking 1949 as the boundary, the sites that left behind by the dynasties in various cities and counties in Jiangsu province as investigation object, we went to the 13 cities of the province to examin and clear up the existing cultural relics sites. Find and confirm the preserved remains of 199, among them, there are 22 relics which related to temple, 87 buildings, 67 are former residences of celebrities, 9 from tombs, stone inscription are 7, and 2 statues , the other 5. It was found that the most common temple relics related to medicine were the king of medicine''s temple and Huatuo temple, but the temple relics were seriously damaged. The preserved building sites, a total of 87 related to medicine, mostly built in the late Qing dynasty and the period of the republic of China. There are not many relics of former residence, among them , most have been used as dwellings or for other purposes. There are not many medical-related burial sites in Jiangsu, 9 in total, and 3 in Suzhou. Relatively speaking, the related burial sites in Suzhou are also relatively intact. The preservation of burial sites in other cities is not optimistic .Inscriptions and statues are rarely preserved. In general, it is an urgent task to protect the medical-related relics and study the medical historical information they contain.
