Abstract:The emergence of any new technology has its regularities of inevitability and contingency, which needs to be found not only from the development of technology itself, but also from the social reality of technology generation and development. The "three-person co-breeding" technology based on mitochondrial replacement technology is produced and applied to human reproduction on the basis of rapid development of human assisted reproductive technologies such as artificial fertilization, in vitro fertilization, embryo transplantation, test-tube baby and so on. This has led to a growing sense that traditional notions of marriage, family and parenthood are no longer fixed and taken for granted. At the same time, the traditional reproductive order is also undergoing significant changes, which has caused a great impact on the traditional family structure, social ethics and legal system. This requires us to attach great importance to this issue in the fields of law, sociology, medicine and so on, and carry out reasonable norms and restrictions so that it can seek a happier life for human beings.
