    目的:探索情景模拟教学方式在社区医院医师岗位培训中的作用与效果。方法:以急性胸痛接诊与处理为切入点,将某社区医院在职医师随机分为情景模拟教学组及传统教学组,比较培训前后理论考核成绩的区别,并调查社区医师对于情景模拟教学的认可程度。结果:传统教学组及情景模拟教学组基线资料无明显差异。在进行培训后,情景模拟教学组的测试成绩明显高于传统教学组(15.2±3.5 vs. 12.8±4.5,P<0.05)。认为情景模拟教学应当作为主要培训方式医师比例明显高于传统教学(90.9% vs. 39.4%,P<0.05)。结论:采用情景模拟教学进行社区医师岗位培训具有可行性,较传统培训方式更为有效。

    Abstract:

    Objective: To investigate the effect of scenario simulation teaching methods on community hospital physician training. Methods: Taking the acute chest pain as the entry point, the physicians of a community hospital in Nanjing were randomized into scenario simulation teaching group and traditional teaching group. The difference of the theoretical examination results before and after traning was compared, and the degree of recognition of the community physicians for the scenario simulation teaching was evaluated. Results: There was no significant difference in baseline data between the traditional teaching group and the scenario simulation teaching group. After the training, the test scores of the scenario simulation teaching group were significantly higher than those of the traditional teaching group (15.2±3.5 vs. 12.8±4.5, P<0.05). The proportion of physicians who think that scenario simulation teaching should be the major training method was significantly higher than that of traditional teaching (90.9% vs. 39.4%, P<0.05). Conclusion: Scenario simulation is a feasible way in training of community physicians and is more effective than traditional training methods.
