Abstract:This article takes the female uremic patients in Fuzhou City as the research object,Examine the medical needs of female uremia patients with the annual costs of outpatient, hospitalization, hemodialysis, drugs, medical care; Considering the annual total medical expenses and out-of-pocket proportion of female uremia patients, Assess the system's ability to respond to needs, satisfaction level, fair validity of National, provincial and municipal policies. It is suggests that the medical needs of female uremia patients are great, and the disease burden is heavy; Relevant systems can respond to their needs in a timely and effective manner, but there are limits, and the availability and fairness of medical resources for female uremia patients are impaired. Therefore, this study proposes that the system concept, policy support, women's federation integration and other should be considered in the strategic practice.
