Abstract:【】Objective To understand the currentsituation and influencingfactors of e-health literacy among community older adults. Methods 228 community older adults were interviewed bye-health literacy scale, community elderly and family members" network using questionnaire. Results The score of e-health literacy for the elderly in the community was (1.51±0.96). Three variables including the perceived creditability toward internet health information, socioeconomic status, whether the family members taught how to search health information via the internet entered the linear regression model, which could totally explain the 33.3% variations of e-health literacy. Conclusion The level of e-health literacy of the elderly in our community waslittle low.The perceived creditability toward internet health information, socioeconomic status, whether the family members taught how to search health information via the internet were the important influencing factors ofe-health literacy among community older adults.
