With the deepening of reform in forensic appraisal，the forensic appraisal assistant system has been established in our country. However，there are still some problems and defects in this system. Forensic appraisal assistant is the successor force of forensic appraisal. Training forensic appraisal assistant to become qualified expert is crucial to the development of the industry. From the perspective of talent cultivation, this paper puts forward suggestions on the improvement of the forensic appraisal assistant system.
