PURPOSE: To provide ideas for strengthening drug safety supervision n in China. Methods: According to the system defects in China's current drug safety and regulatory issues exposed by the “Changsheng Biological Vaccine Case”, combined with the actual supervision, analyze the problems in vaccine supervision and propose solutions. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: There are problems such as imperfect supervision system, imperfect regulatory legal system and lack of effective control mechanism in vaccine supervision. RECOMMODATION: Improve the legal system for vaccine supervision, improve the vaccine supervision system, give play to the regulatory role of the market mechanism, innovate the vaccine safety governance model,in order to strengthen the level of vaccine safety supervision in China.
