Objective to understand the current situation of resource exploitation and utilization, to explore the problems and countermeasures in the process of community health resources exploitation and utilization, and to provide an important reference for the more effective development of community health management and disease prevention and control.Methods the purpose sampling was used to conduct in-depth personal interviews with the leaders of the primary health department of the health and family planning commission, the leaders of the education center for chronic noncommunicable diseases and health of the CDC, the leaders of the clinical work and public health of the community health service center, the heads of social and family planning commission, and the community health and family planning specialists.Conclusion it is necessary to integrate community health resources, improve the utilization rate of resources, and improve the health level of residents at the source from three aspects of perfecting community policies, setting up community professional teams and establishing evaluation index system.
