Abstract:Objective: To explore the path of diversified practice of medical students" interpersonal communication ability from the perspective of system theory. Methods: Three classes of clinical medicine were selected as the experimental group. The experimental group was practiced through the teaching link and the extra-teaching session. Students participated in group study, listening to communication lectures, reading related books, hospital volunteer service, community practice, sales behavior, and teacher. Nine practical content such as visits, peer exchanges, and cultural activities. At the same time, three classes were selected as the control group for follow-up observation. Results: The interpersonal communication skills of the students in the experimental group were significantly improved. Conclusion: The combination of medicine and humanities, and the implementation of targeted diversification practices can help medical students improve their interpersonal communication skills.
