    目的:探讨系统论视角下医学生人际沟通能力多元化实践培养路径。方法:选取临床医学三个班级作为试验组,通过教学环节和教学外环节对试验组进行实践培养,学生参加团体学习、听沟通讲座、阅读相关书籍、医院志愿服务、社区实践、销售行为、师长拜访、朋辈交流、文化活动等九项实践内容。同时选取三个班级作为对照组,进行跟踪观察。结果:试验组的学生人际沟通能力有明显提高。结论:医学与人文融通,开展针对性的多元化实践能够帮助医学生提高人际沟通能力。

    Abstract:

    Objective: To explore the path of diversified practice of medical students" interpersonal communication ability from the perspective of system theory. Methods: Three classes of clinical medicine were selected as the experimental group. The experimental group was practiced through the teaching link and the extra-teaching session. Students participated in group study, listening to communication lectures, reading related books, hospital volunteer service, community practice, sales behavior, and teacher. Nine practical content such as visits, peer exchanges, and cultural activities. At the same time, three classes were selected as the control group for follow-up observation. Results: The interpersonal communication skills of the students in the experimental group were significantly improved. Conclusion: The combination of medicine and humanities, and the implementation of targeted diversification practices can help medical students improve their interpersonal communication skills.
