Abstract:The questionnaire was used to survey the income and the treatment among 447 primary medical staffs in order to investigate their satisfaction with the treatment and its influence factors. There were differences between monthly actual income and monthly expected income for different education background、administrative/business management position and whether had the social endowment insurance or social medical treatment insurance. The overall satisfaction average score for the income and treatment was 2.63±0.63. Through the single factor analysis, the overall satisfaction had significantly difference among administrative/business management position, professional and technical position and monthly average income and monthly expected income(P<0.05).There is a negative correlation between the difference between the expected monthly income and the actual monthly average income and the total satisfaction score(r=-0.246,P<0.05); Furthermore, multivariate linear regression analysis results showed that administrative/business management position、monthly actual income and monthly expected income had significant impact on overall satisfaction. We should pay more attention to balance the income differences between regions, attach importance to economic incentive measures, focus on young and middle-aged married women, improve the promotion mechanism for grassroots medical staff, and strengthen the welfare treatment.
