医学类独立学院临床教学基地建设实践与思考——以南京医科大学康达学院为例

    摘要:

    本文以南京医科大学康达学院临床教学基地建设现状为例,研究分析临床教学基地建设的标准、区域分布、教学管理体系、师资队伍建设、特色课程建设等与存在的问题,并结合目前医学类独立学院临床教学基地建设概况,提出基地建设的思路:在共享母体高校优质临床教学资源的同时,建设自有教学基地;加强师资队伍建设;完善教学质量保障体系建设;加强医教协同,深化与基地的合作。

    Abstract:

    Through the investigation of the construction of 23 medical independent college teaching bases in China and the case study of the clinical teaching base construction of Kangda College of Nanjing Medical University, this paper finds that the construction of clinical teaching bases for independent medical colleges is less, and there is an overall level of teachers. Weakness, imperfect teaching management system, and insufficient coordination between schools and base medical education. Under the new situation, medical independent colleges should rationally plan the construction of their own teaching bases, strengthen the construction of clinical teaching staff, improve the construction of teaching quality assurance system, and strengthen the cooperation between hospitals and universities, while exploring the high-quality teaching resources of the maternal colleges and universities. An effective mechanism to mobilize the enthusiasm of the teaching base.
