Abstract:Through the investigation of the construction of 23 medical independent college teaching bases in China and the case study of the clinical teaching base construction of Kangda College of Nanjing Medical University, this paper finds that the construction of clinical teaching bases for independent medical colleges is less, and there is an overall level of teachers. Weakness, imperfect teaching management system, and insufficient coordination between schools and base medical education. Under the new situation, medical independent colleges should rationally plan the construction of their own teaching bases, strengthen the construction of clinical teaching staff, improve the construction of teaching quality assurance system, and strengthen the cooperation between hospitals and universities, while exploring the high-quality teaching resources of the maternal colleges and universities. An effective mechanism to mobilize the enthusiasm of the teaching base.
