Abstract:Objective To understand the satisfaction of training process among professional degree clinical medicine postgraduate under the medical education cooperation system and to provide a reference for further improving the training programs and enhancing the training quality of medical students. Methods The 2014 grade students of clinical medicine in Anhui Medical University were selected as the survey subjects. The questionnaire survey on the satisfaction of education and training process was conducted by using the Self-made Questionnaire on Cultivation of Clinical Postgraduates in Clinical Medicine. Results The students were more satisfied with the mentoring, clinical training, education management and so on. They were less satisfied with the course teaching, the award system, employment guidance and dissertations. Conclusion At present, the mode of cultivating postgraduates majoring is basically in line with the requirements of training quality for medical students in the context of " Medical Education Cooperation ". However, It still needs to be further improved and promoted in course teaching and so on.
