    目的 了解临床医学专业学位硕士生在医教协同背景下对研究生培养过程的满意度情况,为进一步完善专业学位硕士生培养方案,提高医学生培养质量提供参考依据。 方法 以安徽医科大学2014级临床医学专业学位研究生为调查对象,采用自编的《临床医学专业学位研究生培养情况调查表》对教育培养过程的满意度进行问卷调查。结果 学生对导师指导、临床培养、教育管理等方面满意度较高,对课程教学、奖助体系、就业指导和学位论文等满意度相对较低。结论 当前临床专业学位研究生培养模式基本符合“医教协同”背景下对医学生培养质量要求,但在课程教学等方面仍需要进一步改进和完善。

    Abstract:

    Objective To understand the satisfaction of training process among professional degree clinical medicine postgraduate under the medical education cooperation system and to provide a reference for further improving the training programs and enhancing the training quality of medical students. Methods The 2014 grade students of clinical medicine in Anhui Medical University were selected as the survey subjects. The questionnaire survey on the satisfaction of education and training process was conducted by using the Self-made Questionnaire on Cultivation of Clinical Postgraduates in Clinical Medicine. Results The students were more satisfied with the mentoring, clinical training, education management and so on. They were less satisfied with the course teaching, the award system, employment guidance and dissertations. Conclusion At present, the mode of cultivating postgraduates majoring is basically in line with the requirements of training quality for medical students in the context of " Medical Education Cooperation ". However, It still needs to be further improved and promoted in course teaching and so on.
