Abstract:Tertiary hospitals play an important role in the realization of healthy China strategy, and the evaluation of their comprehensive benefits is of great significance to the government, hospitals and patients.In this article, through carding policy documents and literature, combining the function orientation of the third class hospitals defines the connotation of the comprehensive benefit of the third class hospitals, and through the hospital comprehensive benefit evaluation at home and abroad to understand the emphasis of the national hospital comprehensive benefit evaluation, evaluation mechanism, the application of evaluation results, found that Chinese comprehensive benefit evaluation is still in its infancy, the lack of authority, the independent third party evaluation index framework has to be perfect, in this paper, the definition of the connotation of the comprehensive benefit of the third class hospitals providing theoretical basis for the next step to construct the evaluation index system.
