Under the strong promotion of the policy,urban medical group develops telemedicine based on its own needs.This paper USES the literature research method and SWOT analysis method to discuss the internal advantages,disadvantages,external opportunities and challenges of urban medical groups in the development of telemedicine, and finally,it puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions,such as seizing the opportunity of development,giving full play to policy orientation,increasing financial input,promoting multi-party participation,improving policies and regulations,strengthening propaganda, combining online with offline,and trying to differentiate services.
