As a resource that exists in the relationship of social structure, social capital is embodied in the organization as social network, trust, social support, norms and common language and vision. At present, the huge participation advantage of civil society organizations in China's healthy aging services is far from being activated. It is of great significance to explore the strategies of civil society organizations participating in healthy aging from the perspective of social capital. Through a large number of literature review, from the perspective of micro-level organization of internal social capital, this paper analyzes in detail the social capital elements that need attention when conducting social capital and healthy aging research, and analyzes the current dilemma of current pension organizations and makes recommendations.
