Abstract:Objective In order to understand the status quo and influencing factors of the satisfaction of family doctor contract service among contracted patients with chronic disease , and to provide reference and basis for the effective implementation of the contract service system of family doctor. Methods A self-made questionnaire was used to conduct a telephone interview survey on residents newly signed in April 2017 in two suburban districts of Nanjing. A total of 2225 valid questionnaires were collected and the data collected were analyzed by SAS9.4. Results The results of univariate analysis showed that, in addition to age, the influences of region, gender, education background, monthly income, participation in health examination, diagnosis and treatment level of contracted doctors, service attitude of medical staff and community hospital environment on satisfaction of contracted patients with chronic diseases on contracted service of family doctors were statistically significant. The results of multivariate Logistic regression results showed that the influence of regions, contracted doctors' diagnosis and treatment level, medical staff's service attitude and community hospital environment on the satisfaction of family doctors with chronic diseases was statistically significant (P<0.01). Conclusion It is necessary to clarify the functional positioning of family doctor contract services, improve the diagnosis and treatment level of family doctors, improve the service attitude of medical staff, and optimize the service environment of community hospitals to improve the satisfaction of patients with chronic diseases on family doctor contract services.
