Abstract:Objective: This paper analyzes the teaching mode and teaching quality of Shanghai teaching and research office, summarizes the experience and puts forward the corresponding improvement measures. Methods: The questionnaire survey was conducted to collect the evaluation of the students majoring in public service management who practiced in a tertiary hospital in Shanghai from 2013 to 2018 and in other hospitals in Shanghai in recent years, and the statistical software SPSS was used to analyze the survey results. Results: The teaching mode of Shanghai teaching and research office is better than that of other practice hospitals, but it needs to be further improved in department rotation arrangement and intern assessment. Conclusion: The teaching mode of Shanghai teaching and research office should be extended to other practice hospitals to jointly improve the overall teaching quality of Shanghai teaching and research office, and to improve the deficiencies.
