Abstract:This study aimed to know the degree of familiarity and need towards PBL teaching mode among medical undergraduate students ,explore probable influencing factors that medical undergraduate students attend PBL teaching and make some suggestions.Questionnaires and Binary Logistic Regression Analysis are used to investigate and analyze the datas.12.0% subjects who claim that they know PBL teaching and 28.0% subjectsare eager to implement PBL teaching in class.Grade,teacher’s requirement, and case quality are independent influencing factors that medical undergraduate students attend PBL teaching. Take advantage of the differences of different grades and deepen curriculum setting; Change the ideas of teachers and students and promote the PBL teaching; Assign teachers to participate in learning and draw lessons from effective experience; Select typical cases and focus on students’ development.
