With the arrival of global "Internet +" medical big data era, domestic and international medical service models continue to innovate and develop. We used mixed research methods, including literature research method, field observation method, and interview research method, to summarize the practical experience of medical service innovation model application at home and abroad. We took Jiangsu Province as an example to conduct field research and explain the development of the " Internet+ WIT120 " model. The results show that WIT120 model has its own characteristics and highlights. The core elements of the development organizational model included: hospital culture, information technology, human resources and medical insurance support. It also has achieved many new functions. The research reveals the development trend of modern medical models, so as to provide practical strategies for promoting the model innovation and theoretical basis for the continuous innovation and development of medical and health service models.
